Acceptable Use Policy

  • illegal drugs or weapons sales
  • financial fraud schemes
  • identity theft or impersonation

Sexual Exploitation

The Services may not be used to create or distribute sexually explicit content involving minors under any circumstances. This prohibition applies to both real and synthetic content.

Non-Consensual Content

The Services may not be used to create or distribute:

  • non-consensual intimate imagery
  • harassment or abusive content
  • impersonation intended to deceive or harm individuals

Harmful Activities

The Services may not be used to facilitate:

  • scams or fraudulent activity
  • malware creation or distribution
  • unauthorized system access
  • cyberattacks or denial-of-service activity

3. Platform Abuse

Users may not:

  • attempt to bypass safety or moderation systems
  • exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
  • overload infrastructure with abusive traffic
  • interfere with the stability or performance of the Services

4. Misuse of Artificial Intelligence

Users may not use the Services to:

  • create deceptive AI systems designed to impersonate individuals without disclosure
  • produce large-scale misinformation campaigns
  • automate harmful social manipulation or fraud

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Qubrid may implement monitoring systems to detect abuse of the Services. If violations are detected, Qubrid may:

  • remove or block content
  • suspend accounts
  • terminate access to the Services
  • report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law
