Data Retention Policy

1. Overview
Qubrid AI provides GPU cloud infrastructure and AI inference services. This policy describes how we handle data submitted to our platform, including API prompts, completions, and customer account information. Our position is simple: your data is yours. We do not log, store, or use your prompts or model outputs beyond what is strictly required to serve your request.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All API inference requests (prompts and completions)
- Model fine-tuning and training jobs submitted by customers
- Account and billing information
- Data processed through Qubrid AI’s cloud GPU infrastructure
- Products or services in testing, beta, or early access stages
3. Prompt & Completion Data (Zero Retention by Default)
- ✓ No Logging: We do not log or store your prompts or model completions.
- ✓ No Persistence: Prompt and completion data exist only in volatile memory for the duration of the request. Once the response is returned, this data is not written to any persistent storage.
- ✓ No Training: We do not use your prompts, outputs, or API inputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any model - ever - without your explicit written consent.
- ✓ No Selling: We do not sell, share, or license your prompt or completion data to any third party.
4. Operational Metadata
To operate and bill our service reliably, we collect minimal metadata that does not include the content of your prompts or completions:
- Token counts (input and output) for billing
- Request timestamps and latency
- Model identifier and endpoint used
- HTTP status codes and error codes
5. Account & Billing Information
We collect the minimum information required to create and manage your account:
- Name and email address
- Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe)
- Organization name and billing address (if applicable)
6. Your Rights
Qubrid AI respects the data rights of all customers and end users:
Right to Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Right to Portability
Receive your account data in a machine-readable format.
Right to Rectification
Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Object
Object to processing for specific purposes.
Right to Restriction
Limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.

Violations of this policy by Qubrid AI personnel are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination, depending on the nature, intent, and impact of the violation. Compliance is monitored through automated systems, internal audits, and policy reviews.
